Terms of Service

1. Appointments & Payments

• A half deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Accepted forms of payment: cash, credit card, debit, and gift cards.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Full charges may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

2. Memberships & Recurring Payments

• Memberships are billed monthly on the date of enrollment.

• By signing up for a membership, you authorize Thai House Wellness & Spa to charge your chosen payment method automatically each month.

• Memberships may include special services, discounts, or other benefits as described at enrollment.

• Membership cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

• Refunds for membership payments are not provided, except as required by law.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Client Conduct

• All clients are expected to act professionally and respectfully toward staff and other clients.

• Inappropriate behavior, harassment, intoxication, or unsafe conduct may result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.

5. Minors

• We do not provide massage services to anyone under 13 years old.

• Services for minors require guardian consent.

6. Health & Safety Disclosure

• Clients should disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy before receiving services.

• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. By receiving services, you acknowledge you are participating at your own risk.

7. Gift Cards & Packages

• Gift cards and service packages are non-refundable, unless otherwise noted.

• They may be subject to expiration dates or other restrictions as specified at the time of purchase.

8. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying unsafe behavior, intoxication, or conditions that make massage unsafe.

9. Late Arrival Policy

• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to respect the schedule of subsequent clients.

10. Promotions & Discounts

• Promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

11. Service & Price Changes

• Thai House Wellness & Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or pricing at any time without prior notice.

12. Intellectual Property

• All content on thaihousewellnessspa.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Thai House Wellness & Spa. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
